Bug flak jacket and stopping power

    So i recently bought myself 2 new perks and appearently both of them do not work

    flak jacket (less damage from explosions) has no effect and you can still get oneshotted with it :/

    stopping power (extra damage) does not apply the extra damage it should give.

    hopefully this bug will be fixed very soon.

    Ya, these bugs our known, but it hasn't been fixed yet. If I'm correct there's 1 other perk that doesn't work.

    I own stopping power and I thought something wasnt right. Please fix this ASAP
