Hey guys. I am creating a new McWar clan, entitled "Dymc", which is short for "Team Dynamic". To check out the Team Dynamic home page, go here. Anyways, I updated the team, so now it's an McWar clan, as well as a WarZ, McParty, and kit brawl team.

Requirements

The requirements to join the McWar team, is simple. You can either go to the Team Dynamic homepage (see above) and apply for yourself, or you can meet me in game and ask me yourself (Only for McWar, no other servers). The McWar clan will be level 35+, so if you're going to apply on the Team Dynamic home page, you have to show me a screenshot of your level as well. Super-Mod: [Open]

So far, we have no McWar staff members for Team Dynamic. @DrZRG is a MOD for the WarZ team, but if you want to be a staff member for every team, you need to become a Super-Mod. The max number of servers you can become staff on is 2 if you're not a Super-Mod. For example: A normal player could only become a MOD on two servers, such as McWar and McParty. A Super-Mod is staff on every server, whether they like it or not. Although, that might not be their official job. Just like in the McBrawl community, Super-Mods have different jobs. The jobs are:

• Recruiting members in-game
• Team Dynamic logos/animation
• Recruiting members on the forums
• Recruiting members on Teamspeak (see below)
• Contests

As you can see, we would only have 5 Super-Mods, but as of now, we have none. For now on, the only way you could receive Super-Mod is by becoming a MOD first. If I see you're great as a MOD, you will be promoted to a Super-Mod, and given one of the jobs above. Again, if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me one.

Teamspeak 3

At least once two days, there will be a Team Dynamic teamspeak 3 channel open to all Dynamic staff members. There will be two channels. One entitled "TD Staff (Team Dynamic Staff)", and "Team Dynamic". The Team Dynamic one will be open to everybody in the team. There will be no password, so others would be able to come on. When this channel is up, the Super-Mod given the "Recruiting on Teamspeak 3" will have to be on THIS channel only at all times. The only way the super-mod couldn't be on it, is if:
1. There's a TDS (Team Dynamic Staff) meeting in the TD Staff channel.
2. The channel itself is not up.
3. The Super-Mod is unable to perform his duties, such as if he's sick, at school, on vacation, etc.

The Team Dynamic channel is meant to be as a channel for the Super-Mod to recruit members to the team, and a place for the regular Team Dynamic members to chat and hang out. If you have any questions regarding TeamSpeak 3, shoot me one.

Forums Conversation

If you DO happen to be a TDS member, I will create a forums conversation for every staff member in it. This is where we will discuss ideas, who to invite, and who to kick. This conversation is only to be for the TDS members. There will not be a conversation for all of the TD members. If you're a staff member in it and I haven't contacted you, let me know.


Well, that's about it. If you have any questions about any of this, don't be afraid to ask me, or any of the Team Dynamic staff. Also, there are no idiots allowed in this clan. Meaning no immature players who shout out noobs or hacks or anything of that. No ragers. So, it would really help if you let the TD staff and I know if you see anybody on the Team acting like an idiot. It would be greatly appreciated.
