LayZ!

This explains it all. This isn't the Lays company taking over war (although I do certainly enjoy lays chips), its LayZ (as in Lazy), for the Lazy players, nukers, and campers. I felt that all the clans I was in didn't fit me perfectly, even the ones I loved the most (Sorry Zyth, DawZ, and Bevy). I finally came to a decision of making my own clan, which I haven't done. I don't expect like 350 players, but enough (like 20-50). Because my friend previously was planning on making a clan, and since we wanted to name it LayZ (I liked it he didn't that much, but he didn't mind), I decided to pull the old name I suggested and use it in my own clan.
Requirements:

The requirements are very simple: Be good in my eyes (31+, 2.5 kdr, nukes now and then, high kill games, etc.), or be a friend of mine. Unlike other clans, I will accept people if they ask, but only if they follow one of the guidelines above and I will accept you. Clanless people are gracefully accepted if they are meeting one of the requirements. Also, once you join, you MUST friend me in the hub so I can know where you are if I want to play with you, or you want to play with me. Also, if there is a conflict in the clan, I can access you ASAP and talk to you. Also, (VERY IMPORTANT) be mature and don't rage (Rage as in hackusations, threats, plain caps and swearing in chat, or being a D-Bag in the chat and going off on donors). This is optional, but I would like it if you try not buying armor or spamming cbow. Minigun is fine because it's easier to counter and deal with after a fight (no explosions). Rays is fine, too, but just not cbow.

Staff:

Unlike most of the clans (except for Malt), I won't be making any staff at all (even if you are my closest friend). The reason? I simply would like a monarchy (one ruler with absolute power) instead or a oligarchy (several rulers with shared power). Also, clan mods can still kick owners and players that I may not want to be kicked, which would be so much of a problem that it's better avoiding it altogether. But, if you see me on, you can give recommendations of players that you know.

Home:
Again, we, the LayZ, aren't too lazy (so ironic :v). We constantly move servers for better matches, and we spread out to find the best maps with /hub, /play war, friends, or pure luck. This means that we are nomads, but, chances are, I'll be playing server #10 (#11 as it says when you join) more than the other servers, because that is the ip that I go by when I join Mc-War.
Communication:
Because if the constant threat of DDoSing within War and WarZ, skype won't be my primary source of communication for us. If you are planning on being a McBrawl moderator, being on teamspeak with LayZ and other players will help you out a lot. Our primary source will be teamspeak, and I may give my skype out to who I feel as a close and dedicated member to me/the clan. Also, in-game chat will do fine, but you can't chat while shredding 5 people with a minigun.
Size:
Previously stated in the first part of the post, I don't expect the clan to be huge, because I am the only one with invitation power. I will be perfectly happy with about 20-50 people in the clan, and because I am not currently searching for people, I have only invited one person so right now it's small as heck.
IMPORTANT:
If you find any LayZ members raging over something, PLEASE SCREEENSHOT IT and PM me the proof, and I'll count off a warning depending on the severity. I will warn the user in a PM and ask them to stop thei0 rbehavior.
LayZ Conduct Code:

• Hackusations - A hackusation that is just like "RLHchampion hax" will be counted as a warning. If it's like "OMFG F**KING HELL RLHchampion HACKER REPORTING" Then it's a discussion with me, and if you go wrong with it and talk like a hot-shot and with a bad attitude then you will be kicked from LayZ and possibly banned.
• Noob-Calling - When a LayZ member is reported for calling somebody a noob, it's a warning. I will PM them a warning and tell them not to do it again. After the third them of a LayZ member calling a player a noob, the member will be kicked.
• Profane Language - Profane Language is allowed to a certain extent. Profane language in jokes or used in a friendly manner is tolerated, HOWEVER, if vulgar language is used by a LayZ member in a negative and hostile manner, then it will be one warning for them. Usually profanity is used in noob-calling and hackusations too, so it may result in two warnings from one conflict.
• Hacking - There is no explanation to this, it is an instant ban from LayZ and from MC-War. DDoSing, DoXing, Hacked Clients, and malicious activity counts.
• Glitching - Glitching is not tolerated in any way. If it's like "glitching" to get a piston moving in appaloosa then it is okay. Grenade glitching, LAW glitch, cbow glitching, etc is not tolerated. Glitching is a two-time offense, saying that if you do it one time and never do it again, then you can stay in the clan. Honestly glitching is stupid and is intolerable, so it counts as two warnings, which will leave you with one more warning before a kick.
