You know normal type attacks are not effective against dragon types, if you are going off pure power they essentially are the same so no.
Never heard of V-create in all my time of playing pokemon, it doesn't exist.

Actually apparently V-create is a special fire type event move.
chikenanater011 uses bide to counter BrawlerAce_'s attack.
chikenanater011 charges up energy using bide and releases the attack on the next person.

tail whip just decreases the attack or defence of a pokemon, really can't use it to counter.

So if you use an air type attack I can just counter it with a ground type attack even though ground type attacks don't effect air type pokemon?
