McBrawl Moderator Application:

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Yes, i'd like to think that I am sufficiently helpful on all three services.
Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? - Throughout my time as SMOD & MOD I regularly banned / kicked / reported various rule-breakers, and throughout my time without a staff rank, I would like to think I have been doing my part, helping members of the staff team either by playing on the servers with them - or by talking to them via teamspeak.

How old are you? - 16 years of age.
What time zone are you in? - European (Roughly)
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I've been playing minecraft since, well ever since it came out really, so I would like to think that my extensive time as a member of the minecraft community, has given me a reasonable amount of knowledge about the game, and has given me sufficient amount of experience in this field. I could go on and on about this, but i'd rather keep it short and sweet, if you seek further information, feel free to take a look at my past application(s).
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I have a wide range of skills I have gained from undertaking various different roles on servers in the past, however, this past year at school has been heavy (due to it being my final year) so I quit all of those positions and spent all of my spare time on McBrawl. Here I went from Mc-WarZ Moderator, to MinecraftParty moderator, and eventually to Super-Mod. Due to this, I believe, and I hope that you can agree, I have the necessary experience of moderating to undertake this role and to perform at the highest level.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - I'd like to hope that everyone will agree when I say i'd like to bring everything back that I previously offered to the community when I was among the staff team. I believe I was an active, helpful and mature member of the team, and was always around for anyone to drop a question, get on a server and sort an issue, lock a thread, warn someone, whatever, I was there to do it for you. I wish to continue this exact way, if I am re-instated as a member of the McBrawl team.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have in fact used a hacked client before - however, never have I used one on any of the McBrawl servers. I am aware this may frighten people, however, I think you have to understand that for one to truly understand and be able to properly identify a hacker, you will have had to use hacks yourself. I apologies if you do not also feel that way.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - To my knowledge, I do not believe I have been banned from a minecraft server before, and if I have I can not think for the life of me why I will have been banned. I tend to be an active & helpful member of every community I am a part of.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I'd like to think that before I resigned from my position on the team, I was an active member on mainly the WarZ servers. WarZ has always been my favourite of all the McBrawl servers, and it is always easier to remain active on a server you have a real passion for. Also I think that with the release of the new map, and I am sure more great updates to come, it will just get easier for me to be active on WarZ.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - What can I say, many people may not see me on TS3 much, sorry for the excuse, but this may be because of the timezone I am in. I'd like to say I am on the mcbrawl TS3 server daily, and am constantly interacting with various members of the community.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - My role as SMOD was forums based, and I considered myself abnormally active on the forums when I was in that role. With the end of school coming in what, 3 days now, I can only see myself falling in love with the forums once again.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - Activity, initiative and I feel that people find me approachable, which is always good for a player who needs to be able to talk to everyone in the community, especially on a server like WarZ.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I'll look at this from your perspective, as oppose to mine. I believe some people may get bored of me constantly coming and going. And all I am going to ask you to do is believe me when I say that school is finally over (in 2 days) for me, and i've had 19 exams over the past month... Just take a minute to think about how much time i've had to dedicate to studying for those exams. Also, as I finish early due to exams finish more than a month before school should usually finish, I have even more time to dedicate to McBrawl, so I really do hope you can all understand

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - Relaxed and respectful. It is essential that when dealing with transgressions, especially on WarZ, that you are respectful to the player, if you go about it all up-tight then all you're going to get back is a whole lot of flame and threats. And then hey look, you've just made a minor transgression into a major transgression.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - This is where you've got to 'lay down the law'. The person has done it once, if they then repeat that, they no full well that what they're doing is wrong, and i'll issue them with a much more formal warning, threatening them with a kick.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - In my eyes, by now, they've had more than enough warning, and I will remove them from the server with a kick. If they then come back I will monitor them closely for the next 10-15 minutes.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - Many, many times has this happened, haha. You've just got to congratulate it, credit where it's due, and don't make the same mistake again.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I tend to deal with these sort of issues via PM. Usually, I would remove all the associated comments and resolve the issue there and then. If the issue continues, I will make SMODS aware of the issue and maybe even give temporary forum bans.
When would you lock a thread? - clear grave digs, answered questions, flame wars, too much off-topic, requested lock, you name it i've seen the lot.

Describe yourself in 3 words: Active, helpful, fun.
Anything else we should know about you? - Erm, I guess i'll use this space to just finalise the fact that I am aware you could probably dive into my outro and quote me saying i'm never coming back or something', but I want you to realise I was undergoing very stressful times and am looking forward to hopefully undertaking my role as a member of the mcbrawl staff, once again.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - First of all, it's important to analyse the situation. Was it intended to get out of map, or was it just a glitch / mistake? After i've concluded that, depending on the outcome, I will then take different approaches, if it is a mistake, I will simply ask them to leave the server and re-join, so they will return to the spawn area, or ask them to use the /war leave command. If they intended to get out of map, I will warn them to return to the map or go to spawn, and then if they do not follow this instruction, I will then kick them from the server.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I'd like to think by know i'd know everything i'll need to know.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I'm more than aware of this fact.

Please don't just look at my application and think "he resigned, he shouldn't come back". I hope you all understand, and I really look forward to playing WarZ with ya'll once again!
