    Okay, so as we all know if you don't have scavenger iso is almost the only weapon you're able to nuke with. Perks help you really much, and they're awesome. But if you can't donate you are not able to get the perks, AND your loadout is not funny, when you only have like Primary and Secondary. So we can keep the donater perks as they're now, but we need to add some non-donater perks:

    1st perk is Non-donater stopping power: DELETED

    2nd non-donater juggernaut. As the sign says(I don't know if it is bugged) you take 66.6% lesser damage(if this is true) it needs a nerf to 40-50%. The nondonater juggernaut should give you 25% less damage. PRICE: 3000 CREDITS.

    3rd non-donater scavenger. The scavenger perk gives you 10 bullets more per kill with a 64 bullet gun, 5 more bullets per kill with a 32 bullet gun, and 3 bullets more per kill with a 16 bullet gun. The non-donater should give you 5-6 bullets more per kill with a 64 bullet gun, 3 bullets more per kill with a 32 bullet gun, and 2 bullets more per kill with a 16 bullet gun. PRICE: 3500 CREDITS

    4th non-donater SoH(sleight of hand): you reload 25-30% faster. PRICE: 2250 CREDITS

    5th non-donater hardline. Okay hardline is very crappy and who would use 3 dollars on a this perk, it needs a buff. DonaterHardline should give you the killstreak 2 kills before, nondonaterhardline should give you it 1 kill before. PRICE: 2500 CREDITS

    6th non-donater martyrdome: drops a flashbang when you die. PRICE: 1500 CREDITS

    7th non-donater flakjacket. DELETED

    These "no donor" perks won't help you.
    Look at scavenger you need to get 3000 kills to buy it and it only lasts ONE game. Starter would have to get 7k kills untill they are abel to buy every gun in the game and thats just what you do if your a starter.
    So they need 10 k kills untill they can buy one low level perk for one game, you really think anyone is going to do that?

    I like this idea, but one question. Can you use both a non donator perk and a donator perk?

    I think we will NEED something like this in the future because of the new EULA stuff.
    Only thing I would change is make them more expensive

    You can in my opinion, but if you have donaterscav and nondonaterscav it won't buff scav

    Interesting idea. These would be an interesting addition. They're a little bit less good than the donor ones, which should still encourage people to donate.

    Marcel when you buy them, you can see in your loadout: Primary gun, Secondary gun, Lethal, Tactical, Perks (and in next update killstreaks)

    -My opinion-

    This ruins the point of donating. Some of you, people, may disagree, but c'mon. I spent like 20$ on donor items and this idea would make more than 75% of it a complete waste. You see, donations are the reason why Mc-War and many other servers exist. If you make this true, then server will be shut down within next 4-7 months.

    I'd rather have them last 1 round to avoid OP-ness of these, rather than permanently. Also, perk system you suggested is extremely ineffective. In my opinion, you should suggest other perks instead of nerfed versions of the good ones. In-fact, I made a thread about this, with way more balanced stuff.

    There are 9 perks. 7 are suggested. How about like 4-5 perks? The server still needs money, you know. Other than that, this seems nice. The prices are pretty nice, saying that you need to atleast earn the perk, unlike donors who can buy it in their first match on the server.

    Martyrdome isn't broke, but I will remove stoppingpower(when I think about it, it is too very useless) and flakjacket.

    Dude... If these become available, and they're that close to the originals, then nobody would buy anything, the server would go down and we would all be alone...

    This has been said several times before, it's always a no... -1

    ... Yes, some of the perks would not be bought so much as they used to do if this is getting added. But seriously, 90% people who buy a perk or more perks, they buy scavenger or scavenger is included. And this version of scavenger is nerfed enough to that people would still donate the real scavenger. Plus all the people buying MVP raygun crossbow etc. I think the server still would be working well.

    Scavenger is only worth setting it as a non-donator perk if you need to acually get the ammo from the players you killed.
