Personally, almost no one cares about the stats of another individual so I do agree with this. Then again, I did post my 100k kills milestone a few weeks back but I'm not posting level 100 later on.

Here is my opinion. While I believe that posting threads about accomplishments is not necessary, I like when people do. Why you ask? Well, when people post that kind of thread, we can encourage them and praise them for their accomplishment. What is better than that? It is an opportunity to heap praise and positive feedback on someone. Yes this could be done in off-topic, but it is directly related to mc-war and thus it is not necessary to post in off-topic. I am not sure why you would find this annoying @Lord_Roke unless someone is seriously bragging and lording it over other people.

I think its annoying cause no one is really interested in those small achievments.
Also the most feel like the Mc-War Discussion Forum is for anything related to Mc-War somehow, but as the title says you should also discuss in there. And a thread saying you got that and that level or so is nothing you can discuss about.

I am very interested in those small achievements. I like to know if someone has reached a milestone and I like to congratulate them for reaching said milestone. If someone is not interested in this type of thread, then they do not have to read it. Put yourself in their shoes Roke. If you had recently joined the server and finally got that 1.0 kdr, would it not encourage you to have people saying how great you are? It is this type of encouragement that is what makes this community great. I would not like to see something good taken away. While the person does not ask for anything to be discussed, the very nature of the thread leads to discussion in the form of praise and congratulation. There is nothing really wrong with these threads. If they annoy you, then you do not have to read them. If you take the time to go on one of these threads and give someone a positive word, then good for you.

I also think the should be able to share those achievements, but not in Mc-War Discussion. They can post something on their profile, they can use the achievement as reason for a intro or post a thread in Off Topic. But in this forum section we should better discuss stuff and not just show a small goal we reached. Thats my opinion, but we are in discussion here and I wanted to hear your opinions, thats why I made this

Who would look at a beginner's profile, and likes are a great way of showing support, and you cannot get those in Off Topic.

Ratings arent the only way. The comments also show support (Probably showing that we care more that just giving a rating), So I agree that the posts should be put in off-topic
