    do you have real proof like screen shots or videos?
    Maybe this is the cause
    i think that you where out of ammo and your python or pistol was reloading while you where holding your empty mini gun you can still hear the reloading sound

    The minigun has a magazine of 999 bullets. Yes, it has a reload.
    However, a setting in the configuration was changed so that you couldn't reload the minigun by pressing 'q.'
    You must shoot all 999 bullets before the reload kicks in.
    Locked, this was intentional.
