MC-War error code while connecting "Exception Connecting:RuntimeException"

    I keep getting this while connecting to MC-War.
    Exception Connecting:RuntimeException : Server is online mode! @ net.md_5.bungee.ServerConnector:202
    Only occurs on MC-War.

    When the server reboots sometimes it doesn't load the server.properties making the server in online mode. In order for bungeecord to work correctly the server has to be in offline mode. It's a server side issue.
