Macro?

    Is using the Razer Naga (Mouse) considered macroing?

    I have a razer naga and all i use it for is clicking the buttons on the side of the mouse to switch to slots on bar faster. I don't have 1 button doing multiple things all i have is numbers corresponding to the slot.

    Ex. I press 2 on the side of my mouse and it goes to the 2nd slot on the MC bar.

    I have a Razer Naga too... You're obviously allowed to do that because it's practically the same as hitting 1-9 on your keyboard...
    You're also allowed to set macro's for things like /tpyes and /logout using Razer Synapse as long as it types each letter.

    It's setting up a macro for shooting all your guns that you aren't allowed to do. But since they added the delay you can't do that anyway. :V

    If Macros aren't allowed then that isn't allowed. The "buttons on the side" that you mention are macros. So I guess they aren't allowed. If they are allowed then the McBrawl "No Macroing" rule should be more specific.

    The buttons on the side are only macro's if you set them to be macro's.
    By default they act as the 1234567890-= keys on your keyboard.

    Pretty useful things... Not just macro's. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Well yeah. I love Macros and I wish I had them, but the rules say no macros are allowed so I guess there not. Maybe they have to be more specific like I said

    Anyways, yes, they are allowed as xgen said, except for gun macros, I have a Razer Naga Epic, only difference is it's wireless and has different grips.

    What do you mean?
    Like... You'd press 9 on the mouse instead of pressing 9 on your keyboard? I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed. Ask Putty if you're not entirely sure on anything.

    Yes, all i use the naga for is switching on my bar faster. It's not a macro, just making sure.

    Might aswell set up /tpyes & /logout as it just makes it easier :wink:
