    What do you mean with "Good recource pack creator"? For War? WarZ? fpsHG? Etc.

    Are you talking about a program to create them, or a person to create it for you.
    If you're asking for the program, Paint.net is free and easy to use, but you can pretty much use any other software with transparent backrounds.
    If you're asking for a person, maybe @BrawlerAce_ or me or @griffy718

    One does not simply make a resource pack creator.
    Resource packs require several programs, mostly an image editing program.
    But there is no resource pack creator.
