    The is a Minecraft bug that is with all servers. It cannot really be avoided.

    This is a Minecraft bug that has been around forever and not much can really be done about it. What's happening is the server is projecting the player below where they actually are. Sometimes the player will appear above where they actually are, and many people will mistake it for a fly hack. I've even seen players in walls too. However, their hitbox is always where it's supposed to be, so if you see someone in the ground just shoot above them where they should be and you'll hit them.

    Or you could just use F3 + B to turn on hitboxes and you'll see the hitbox even if you don't see the player!

    thanks for this good idea i always tryed to shoot the ground XD

    anyways i only thought this was a server bug because this happened to me already 6 times in only a few hours...

    It happens all the time in everything related to Minecraft... I have experienced this in McWar, FPSHG, WarZ and even Creative. Glad I could help BTW :stuck_out_tongue:

    Ok sure, let me get @Notch to patch that right up for you. For real though it's a minecraft bug can't really do anything about it.
