    So... We all know the flamethrowers and the glassbreak noise the create, this is a global sound and its a pain in the ass in the lobby waiting for a game. I'm suggesting turning the globalsound status off or making them less noisy, nobody like them.

    I remember making this suggestion a long time ago.
    It was never implemented.

    All the flamethrower needs is to shoot blaze fireballs. It is possible.

    And have a slight damage buff.

    Also, you can turn down your minecraft sounds. My sounds are usually at like 20%.

    They had to emergency patch it as they would knock players out of map very easily (edit) and could be knocked back by a knife or fist.

    That is why they need to use blaze fireballs. This is a super old suggestion that I suggest every change I get.

    That was ghast fireballs apparently.
    Blaze fireballs are smaller and don't explode.

    Can everyone just look at the config file? There are 2 values that need to be changed instead of the projectile... This way is safer and has no chance of a glitch happening...

    Your config file doesn't matter, if it is a ghast fireball it will cause glitches, no matter what.
    Yours were about sound, not glitches.

    I don't like the poll.
    I would choose "No, I can turn down my volume if it's too much"
    If flamethrowers are too loud, what is preventing you from simply turning down your volume?

    I'm not saying make it a ghast fireball or a blaze fireball, the only reason they make the noise in spawn is the fact thet the volume labels on them are at [A] localgunsound:false (Makes the sound to all players on server) or the gunvolume:2. At the moment for Mc-War I believe that localgunsound:false because I hear it everywhere...

    The fact that hearing the other gunshots is useful to locating and eliminating enemy players... You can also tell if there are explosives being used or L115_Isolators

    If it shoot flame balls then people can hit it it's their sword or bullets. That's why it was changed in the first place.
