    So looking at magnum and m9 magnum is basically a downgraded version m9 so why not buff it?
    I think it should be buffed to a constant 2 shot kill or have the same damage as desert eagle.

    I honestly think the magnum is balanced. Not too bad, not too good.
    Technically speaking, while recoil is gone, there would be no buff good eniugh to make it stand out from the m9 or desert eagle. You should just use those guns anyway.

    But I think if you are getting magnum at a higher level than m9 you should be getting something that gives it some sort of advantage over m9.
    There is nothing you can really do to make it stand out but there is still something that can be done to make it more useful.

    So far your suggestion is making the magnum kill in 2 shots.
    The m9 kills as fast with headshots, and still has that bigger clip, and the desert eagle will our perform the magnum regardless.

    The point isn't to make it any better than desert eagle, the point is to try and give a point to use magnum instead of m9.

    Maybe increase it's ability to headshot, or perhaps increase the fire rate.

    Decrease its firerate to the BF4 .44 Magnum, and buff its damage to 11 hit points. Does that work?

    Haven't seen a lot of gameplay of it on BF4 but considering the one of MW3 if I recall it is about a 3 shot ( normal ) kill.

    Seriously Brawler, this isn't Battlefield, although it would be awesome if we had a Battlefield server.
    Anways, the M9 has about the same damage as Magnum, but Magnum has a slower firerate, a smaller clip size, and a higher level so yes, it needs some type of buff.

    However, if it was to receive some type of buff (the only one I can really see that would keep it good is a damage buff), it would need something to counterbalance it so that the buff wouldn't make it too OP. In this case, it's a firerate nerf.
    Normally the Magnum does fire faster, at a firerate at 759 RPM in MW3, it would be quite unbalanced in War. So a firerate nerf would do, and the firerate of the BF4 Magnum would work pretty well especially since the Magnum has no recoil. (even before the recoil patch, it had no recoil.)

    I voted yes but it does need more power but not as much as desert eagle cus then its just a desert eagle with 2 bullets less.
