    Please complete the poll.
Now, I want to sum up pros and cons.

This certainly allows for people to play with their friends in 1 team or such. At the same time, talented players can have their own groups/teams/crews of players to assist them.

Majority of recently-prestiged players are inexperienced and don't know how to work with a clan properly. This leads to good clan names taken way faster, and the clans have lower quality.

Higher-leveled players have often been in other clans, and they are way more experienced. This would essentially allow for interesting gameplay and high-quality clans.

Only rare people will spend so much time to earn the required level for the clan. Also, some people would find the system unfair, as many people with that level would make these "Clans for hire". Basically, they would give those to ones who aren't able to make a clan yet.

It needs to be a higher level.

Though a higher level would be nice, there are also cons to which you have listed. It's a big change, and may take some time to get used to. It also may anger those under-prestige players who were saving up credits to make a clan once they reached level 30.

I do understand your opinion, and also, maybe as the alternative, could the price be raised instead of the level? What do you think of it?

I'd disagree with you because I'm trying to save up credits for a new clan :v That could be an alternative option. I agree we could raise the requirements to something a bit more challenging and time consuming, but not something that will take a few months.

True, but what else could be required for a clan?

The levels and credits are really the only values that don't relate to "skill" which we can use, which is why I assume that is the reason we set a requirements based on them. Giving clans to high KDR's only seems unfair to me.

Agreed, there are a lot of friendly people who would deserve to have a clan, if the KDR required would be above 2.0 or such.

30+ makes the most sense because that would limit there should be no lvl maximum

    Honestly,
I think players should be around the level 41-50+ to make a clan because most players when they get prestige 30+ [Level 31] their still a not prestige, the reason I say that is because their still adjusting and still getting better. By the time their level 41-50 they have experience more, learned and most likely joined been in many clans. They have learned many things and are ready to make a clan.
But... Again, most players have always been waiting to just be prestige to make a clan. Players usually have that goal. I might change my opinion as I see others.

The second prestige level came out, level 60+, so I like that as the new level for creating a clan.

I don't see why the level should be changed, achieving prestige and getting the ability to create a clan is like a reward, believe me: a lot of the current clans weren't created by the owners at lvl 60 +

    (Can still be discussed.)
I think higher level but lower cost (50-60 maybe?)
But since level 50-60 only have one gun more gun to unlock and buy then maybe it should be more expensivee.
Of lower I would make it cheaper.

Personally, I would like to see a higher lever.......playing Devil's advocate, players 31+ should be able to make a clan.

I think the specific scope of what you are trying to do to clans and levels needs to be understood before we provide our insight. Are you looking to increase the experience level required to own a clan or perhaps lower it?

Another pro or higher clans is that there wouldn't be so much spam clans

This might make some people mad, but this would greatly decrease the number of empty clans.
    I like it.
