Lamentation vs Skullcrusher

And yes, the Skullcrusher wins.
It beats the Lamentation in almost every area.
Skullcrusher -

• Higher damage
• More control due to burst fire
• No recoil (normally)
• Versatile; you can jump and shoot, and get kills
• 24 round magazine (smaller, but useful for conserving ammo)

Lamentation -

• Lower damage
• Less control due to extremely high RoF
• Low recoil (normally)
• Takes a while to kill, and you can't move a lot
• 50 round magazine (larger, but combined with the RoF makes it hard to conserve ammo)

A good competitor to the Skullcrusher, in fact, would be the UMP-45...

 

Skullcrusher does more damage and is easier to use at range. You don't have to spend as much time out in the line of fire.

 

The only thing the lamentation success in is CQC, but even then the minigun is just better.
As fantastic as the lamentation is, unfortunately it cannot compete with other prestige weapons.

 

It's a shame, since it can't even compete with the SMGs now. (except in terms of accuracy)

Skully a long range assault rifle. Good to pick off enemies not to much recoil. Hardly any tip fire. The last thing is HIGH damage
Lemen Is going to be short and sweat. it's more like a mini gun assault rifle that is not is good up close.

 

The lamenation is good on maps that have long hall way choke points. It is beast on showdown tdm. Just aim down on the entrance to the courtyard and you are set for a nuke. If you get a good visual on the entrance hallways to the courtyard on the map showdown, you are bound to get a 8 ks within a couple of seconds. It was also beast on void infect. Skull crusher is good on any map.

 

I like lemon better personally, but i have to say the skully is much, much better

The minigun doesn't have the range of the leman though. Also I feel the leman can be better than the skully at range, since you can just spray your entire clip. (50 bullets if I remember correctly.)

 

Fully automatic rifles are worse at a farther distance because you are using far more bullets to kill someone than with a 3-round burst rifle. That is the optimal range for the skullcrusher. Anything mid-close range is where the lamentation becomes better.

 

Skully is best, lemon is fine but not that OP like Skully

Pfft. Can't Compete? That's funny. The lamenation is exceptionally good. It is my main primary, even when I have all donator guns/items. Combined with the python you got yourself a deadly combo, if used correctly. You just gotta know how and when to use it, and have scavenger..
