Let me give you a f*cking huge rundown on why what you present is bullsh*t.
A. You obviously hacked, it's undeniable, you are not going to be unbanned because of how much you've lied, that's pretty evident at this point.
B. You are using the oldest excuse in the world with this "THEY HAKD MEH M8!!!!2!", that worked... never? Yeah.
C. Why, do any of us, give a f*ck about all this information? Seriously, this is cancer on the forums, this is worse than my f*cking clutter folder.
D. I'm gonna rehash something I constantly say, if you get DDoS'd, hacked, DoXed, or related, that is your f*cking fault, you had some effect on this, your security is your responsibility. Your implies ownership, your security, it is YOURS, YOU MANAGE IT.

 

All this, and providing a video in which you could have easily just removed it from your files or switched to a non-hacked version proves nothing. Thats like shooting someone and then saying, "Well I threw away the gun so am I still in trouble?"

To answer your initial question, yes, you can purchase the unban fee and be unbanned from the servers. Otherwise, you'll remain balanced unless your appeal is accepted.
