Staff Application replies

If you were truly active on the forums, you would know that us regular members CANNOT give our feedback unless we post on your profile. Only you and staff can reply on your application.

Staff opinions emulate most of our own anyway.

 

If you wanted a reply from member voted, you would basically get the same response multiple times, and barely get anything you have not heard before. Not only that, it would basically be mostly SNNs, which is nothing to help you at all, and is why member responses were removed.

 

Personally, I think your should be able to reply to moderator applications if you have over 500 messages. This means you are an experienced member, who would most likely not say things like "SNN".

You seem to be annoyed at your poll, so I will reveal the reasonings for my vote.

You only have ~250 messages. I will only vote +1 if applicants have 400 messages, 90% of the time (Assuming they meet every other requirement.). You are a perfectly find candidate, but you simply didn't have enough posts for me to see you as a moderator.

I would recommend waiting ~6 months and apply then, assuming you have up'ed your post count.

 

Simple, make it a public view and ask the people why they voted no why. It will make them not want to vote no again if it was without a reason.

 

We used to have them open for everyone to reply, but the hate comments and flame wars that were discussed in the comments made it so regular members may not comment anymore.

 

Not going to lie;
People see - 300 posts and vote no. Myself included for WarZ and War unless I know the person. All other servers are different though.
