Okay, this is getting ridiculous.

CaptainBrawler is pretty active and so are thenrest but what I think is that mods usually hang out on Server 1 which is obviously a problem when that server needs like 1 or 2 moderators.

 

So what are you trying to suggest?

 

I agree. Sometimes they need to do their job a bit better. For example, not naming any names, but there were about 5 moderators on one server at once. And they each knew it too. This aggravates me because the staff applications for Mc-War usually aren't approached due to mods and such stating that there are more than enough mods for each server. So maybe take the job more seriously.

 

During the weekdays I am more active at night because I do have a job and a life during the day :/ also it's when most of the people I talk to are on. As for the weekends I choose to be on during the day most of the time and still active at night unless I have plans.

 

The reason I agree is because I feel that some of the War moderators feel they can just stick to Playing on servers 1 & 2, where they need to be covering as many of the servers as they possibly can.

 

unfortunantly mods only come to server 1 time to time, munkeywr3nch is the most active though.

 

The McWar moderators need to spread out, not stay in 1 & 2 all the time.

 

The mods need to step up or resign if they're inactive and get new mods.

 

The reason I hop around server 1 from time to time is because that's where most of the ragers, glitchers, rule breakers are, also the chat can get horrendous at times.

This is the reason to why Global Moderators are important. Sadly the system has not been implemented in MC-War yet.

 

I have a feeling that some moderators (not naming names) got mod so they can have moderator permissions and have authority over players on servers 1 and 2.
And then once you start going onto other servers, you are not likely to find mods on there.
Some mods need to raise their activity and be on other servers to cover as much as possible and make MC-War a better place.
@CaptainBrawler probably does this the best.

 

I noticed this too. Half the time Im the one who is telling people to stop getting out of the map. Anyways there needs to be more moderator coverage. The staff could have a schedule when at certain times, a moderator has a 45 minshift or so on one serevr then they move onto another server. This would provide more coverage on servers for war. Aslo maybe the staff members should not apply for more positions if one server is not being covered enough. Its better to have one rank and do an excellent job than having many kod duties and only covering certain servers for a limited time.

 

I like to spread my in-game activity in servers five and up as four and below usually have moderators in them.

I sometimes like to stay low whenever I join a server, so sometimes you may not even know I'm there. I like to do this so I can catch by surprise the rulebreakers.

When a player tells me about a rule breaker, if I see it, I join it. Again, I try to stay low because some players throw a rock and hide their hand when you turn around.

I'm not sure about the others, but usually when I see another mod on I either leave to another or stay there for one or two rounds and then join another server.
