Okay, this is getting ridiculous.

Give /kick to the most active most trustworthy players. All they have to deal with is people disrupting the peace. If they abuse their power, remove it.
It would be awesome if you would call a moderator in-game without having to leave the server.

 

Yeah... I don't remember the last time I saw a mod on a server number above 3 that wasn't @CaptainBrawler <3

 

I'm on MC-WAR or hours a day. I practically have no life whatsoever. But I do agree. Whenever I am on, I always see the vulgar and inappropriate players. They disrupt the server's peaceful theme, and replace it with a bloody and murder-like feel. Before I was staff, this is how I got staff on:

1. Friend a good amount of staff members.
2. When someone is being vulgar, make sure to type /server to see what server number it is.
3. Go to the hub.
4. Look at your friends list and look for a staff member that is online.
5. If one is online, go to the server they're on and describe what is happening and what server it is on.
6. Go back to the server and wait for the staff member to join.
7. When they join, don't say, "HEY [Staff member name]" Because that will give them away, and most people will know they are staff, and the vulgar person will stop until the staff member is gone, because they know.

 

There's almost never a mod on server 5, when FC comes everything dies down but, he is not as active as I wish.
I'm extremely active on war 5, spending 2-3 hours every day and calming down flame wars about how the aa12 is good C:

The rest of the mods sit on server one and nothing else.

 

I'm almost constantly on servers 6/8 and there's never a mod on except the occasional CaptainBrawler that stalks me...

 

We should add a plugin, which would delete your message and give you this message: "Caps/Swearing is not allowed, you have x chances left, if you use all your chances, you will get mute for a month." When people used 1/2 swearing words, OR 5 words in caps. This would make shut up, because I can easily get spammed chat messages like this: "****ING HACKER, STOP ****ING HACKING YOU ASSHOLE, AND GET THE **** OUT ASSHOLE OR I WILL TELL THE ****ING ****TY OWNER" That would be greatly appriciated by me!

 

Mute for a month? Nah, mute for a week. And also add in an auto ban for a week if they use up all their X's. That way the mods can relax enough to focus and not just dismiss their jobs.

 

It's a shame. When I was staff I would always go for any server with a decent amount of players so I could actually play a game and check a good amount of people, regardless of what server. If there was staff there I would just find another with a good amount of players. Rarely have I seen staff past Server 5, even though there is stuff that goes on there that shod be addressed.

Just if War staff could look at higher number servers first when joining, there would be less of a problem.

And I play on server 4. It's calm but still no mods.

 

That's the server Tall has the most problems with since it's his home server.

I get on a little later so I can moderate the people who play at night. Most of them don't know moderators exist.

Well.. What would the point of moderator be then?
There is a lot of them, they just need to be more active on different servers.
Also, if that was added and the player who wasn't mod had the power to /kick would rage sometimes and could abuse. I know your gonna say like ' No, their trust worthy ' because /kick is a really powerful command.
