    I'm not entirely sure you understand the idea, so I'll explain it to you, hopefully, to clear things up.


    Basically, you pay 3-5 bucks for access to a server, possible named selection.mc-war.com. There, you press a button selecting which donator item you would like. Then, you are instantly transported to the first server of your respective shop, where you have your donator item, and access to the selection server revoked.

    Edit: Never mind, I don't seem to understand it either.

    He wants you to connect to a donor only server where you get items, then you are warped to a normal lobby. He thinks this will bypass the EULA since the items weren't given to you on the server with everyone else, but it still is illegal.
