    I was thinking this up in school today...

    Organized, competitive matches for MC-War.
    I'll just get to the point and lay out the rules.
    Feedback for balance would be nice.
    I may make this a thing if enough people like it, and if it's possible for us to get a private/whitelisted server for scrims.

    Gamemodes:
    CTF.
    MORE CTF!
    GUESS WHAT? THAT'S RIGHT! CTF!!11!1ONE!1!!

    - Minigun
    - Raygun
    - Crossbow
    - Flamethrower
    - L120 Isolator
    - Model 1887
    - Stopping Power
    - Juggernaut
    - Hardline
    - Martydom
    - Flak Jacket

    - Tomahawk
    - Python

    Team Layouts:
    3v3
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Auto
    - Shotty

    5v5
    - Sniper/Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Shotty
    - Shotty

    7v7
    - Sniper/Auto/Shotty
    - Sniper/Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Auto/Shotty
    - Shotty
    - Shotty

    Teamwork will be essential.
    Team layouts are worked out to make a fair, balanced game mode where everyone doesn't camp with snipers.

    Comments/feedback on balance or interest?

    Crap, that limits me to Law and skullcrusher. I never use anything but donor weapons and the final two guns. But i like the idea.

    I think servers 1-10 non competetive, and servers 11-20 competetive, as not everyone will want to play this.

    Recently I became a fan of CTF because I almost got a nuke in tdm but the game ended early (20-0)

    I think this should only be on a couple of servers, also thank you for making it CTF, its easier to get Nukes on.

    I banned the Iso because it's a no-skill OHK weapon.

    I meant for this to be organized matches, not always running in a certain server.

    Also forgot to mention that the LAW counts as a sniper.
    It's niche/situational enough to be deemed fair.

    So how will matches like this start? A building on the hub server? Some kind of arena plugin? Elaborate please.

    If this actually gains enough interest that Putty or another admin is willing to let me get a private server where I can control everything, I'd do that.
    Otherwise, this idea is nothing but a bunch of dust.

    Might I ask why flamethrower is banned if it's really hard to get kills with it?

    I know it's not a good killing weapon, but it's extremely annoying with fire screen shaking and how fire blocks half your screen.
    Molotovs and flashbangs can do that job.
    I don't want someone running around with a weapon that essentially makes people half-blind and distracted with loads of ammo.
