MRCY is the clan MRCE was never was. It was deemed to be the original clan, but the name was not available until the clan reset.

Origin
The name has two origins for its name. It is meant to be pronounced as "Mercy", which I always thought of as a cool name for a McWar clan. The second reason was totally coincidental, and that is it is meant to be an shortened version of what a lot of people call me, Mercury.

Requirements​

Our clan will be mainly composed of mature and friendly members to keep a good reputation. If you meet these requirements, feel free to ask me or a clan moderator to invite you either on the forums via a private message, or in-game.

Unlike the traditional method of instaviting (invite with a quick checkup), we will invite multiple players at once after they have been accepted. This is a measure to avoid inviting unwanted members. How it will work is you can ask me or a clan moderator through forums or in-game. Once we receive your request (either by in-game or forums), you will be added to the waiting list. Our clan staff and I will then analyze the list and choose who to invite or not on Fridays, which we will call Fridayvites.

Fridayvites status: Delayed - Reason: https://www.brawl.com/threads/20731/ : Will still accept members.
Key: Good - Everything is running cool
Delayed - Various reasons will restrict us from inviting players, but still accept
Down - Various reasons will restrict us from inviting and accepting players
Rules
This clan is strongly against bad sportsmanship and behavior, and we will kick/warn anyone at first notice. If you are unsure what is/what is not allowed, be sure to spoilers below or contact me or a clan moderator for further clarification.

If you see anyone breaking the clan rules, take a screenshot, fill out the Player report format and private message me or another clan moderator.

Glitching: Any glitching in the clan is strongly frowned upon and will be kicked at first notice.
Hack accusations: Since most hack accusations are a type of rage, you will be kicked from the clan. Although we encourage reporting any suspicious behavior to the rule breakers section, if you do happen to get evidence of a hacker, don't announce it publicly.
Raging: Extreme raging is strongly frowned upon and will be kicked at first notice. This includes noob accusing.
Depending on the severity, you may be warned, but it is not always guaranteed you will. Severe rule breaking may put you on our ban list.

MRCY Anthem
The "MRCY Anthem" is the center core which the clan will be based on. This is what we encourage to our clan members, and to the whole McWar community.

Be a good sportsmanship: Show your good sportsmanship by saying "Good game" after a match, even if it wasn't the best. Say "Nice shot!" after your killstreak has been stopped by a player.
Be a good role model: Be the one everyone loves. Think to yourself, Would a good moderator do this? If someone asks for help, help them!
Be a good member: Participate in active discussions in the forums, and post helpful or friendly threads/replies. Report any suspicious activities in the clan or in the servers.
Don't be evil: Stay away from anything you do not want to be in a part of, such as flame wars or bad people. If someone rages at you, or insults you, be the better man and stay quiet and calm.

Following the "MRCY Anthem" greatly improves your chances of getting in the clan or getting clan moderator.

Staff
Most clans don't make much use of their clan moderators other than inviting players. We want to change that. We won't have any fancy pointless ranks in the clan, so we will keep it at two maximum (may change in the future). If you want to be a part of the clan staff, you need to be active on the forums as this will be our way to organize ourselves.

We will try to keep a low amount of staff and increase it with player count. As a clan moderator, you will invite/kick players and participate in clan moderator duties.

For those considering taking the job, you will need to apply and send them through private message to any of the clan owners. In addition, we may mod you if you excelled our expectations. Please be aware we may deny you based on your history and reputation if we don't see any improvements. Remember to be patient when applying. It is also best to write with decent and readable grammar and to follow the "MRCY Anthem."
