How do you combo?

Hotkeys. If your mouse wheel is sensitive, it's not precise. You know that the hotkeys will move your selection to where you want. You should add a poll (Or ask for one to be added) to see what others think.

 

I hot-key, I find it better and easier. But, of course that's just personal preference. c:

When you guys combo with the hotbar, you guys uses your left or right hand?

In most of the vids I've seen people can still move while comboing with the hotbar.

So do you guys have a 3rd hand ,play with a foot or just some crazy fingers?

I usually just use my left index and middle fingers to hot-key 2-3-4. C:

 

I use my left index for 1 and 2, middle for 3 and 4.

 

I scroll. The mouse I own is a cheap one, so the scrolling is not very sensitive.
Hardly even have a specific combo. Just scroll to the next gun in my hotbar and hope for the best.

I got a razer mouse so it's quite easy to combo if you set your scroll wheel mouse sensitivity high, works very efficiently.

I can do both. But I choose the scroll, because I have become very precise with it and as @nicolecacola said, I like to strafe.

 

There is a button on there and if i scroll hard enough it will switch very quickly.

 

I usually hold right click then scroll

 

I use scroll because my keys are too elevated to use the hotkeys much.
