    Who are we?
    Me and @marcel18167 have decided to create our own clan entitled 0ne. Now, me and marcel were recently in FLUX. But after spending only 15 minutes in the clan, we realized that mafia's clans are never going to change. Almost everybody in his clan thinks of themselves as "higher quality" than everyone else. In other words, they think they're better than everyone else. Me and marcel were sick of this, so we left the clan and created this one to try and stop it. To fight against FLUX, and all of mafia's clans that turn out this way. 0ne is not going to be one of those clans that has those types of members in it. There will be no raging whatsoever in this clan. If me or marcel see ANY raging of any kind, the player who did the raging will be kicked from the clan, with a very low chance of him/her ever returning.
    Now, we respect mafiaferret and all, as the great player he is and how he never rages, but that doesn't excuse the fact that his clans always turn out the same way.
    We are 0ne.
    0ne, as in 0ne family.

    Requirements?
    The requirements to join this clan are not the easiest requirements.
    1. No raging whatsoever. The punishment for this is listed above.
    2. This clan is hand picked.
    In order to join this clan, we need to see that you never rage, and if you ask to join, there's a medium sized chance that we'd let you in. So, don't ask for entry to the clan. We will ask you to join if we believe you fit the requirements. And we see you raging before you're in the clan, you will not be allowed in it. We do not need players giving our clan a bad reputation.

    Honestly I'm tired of the FLUX problem too. So if it doesn't get fixed soon I will join your clan.

    Edit: also your slogan is "we are one. We are one family" why not make it "we are one. We are the one clan that fights FLUX" or something like that

    We respect all the non raging persons in FLUX.
    We know that @mafiaferret did not want this to happen with his clan but it happened.
    We just want to have a clean community again and a community where everyone is everyones friend.
    And we are going to fight for it untill the end.

    We don't just want to fight FLUX we want to change the community too.

    You shouldn't turn this into clan war stuff, clan wars are pointless conflicts that get nowhere.

    We try to explain to them that they're not higher quality, they just have good stats, that means, they have skill, the enough skill to join FLUX, considered a very good clan, that literally has, in a certain way, high requirements. But some think they're better than others just because they're in the clan, I'd love if you didn't judge the clan for that, but the people in it, we try to avoid it, but we can't change a person, also, everyone is a bit vain once they're good at something (McWar).

    Sorry if you feel disrespected, FLUX never meant to give such an impression, I'm the first to say that I'm not better than anyone, perhaps, I have more in-game skill than some players, which is completely fine, otherwise we wouldn't have a leaderboards, but no FLUXer is better than someone for being in the clan, they can be better (in terms of skill only) by what they actually are, and sometimes FLUX can show this status since it has "high" requirements, but being in FLUX doesn't change who is better than who (in terms of skill) and mainly doesn't change the fact that no one is better than anyone (not in terms of skill).

    I want to offer you an allied hand to help FLUX, believe me, I have no love for them, they overran my home server back when I was leading the EST. The battle was 10 on 50 and we were decimated by they're sheer numbers. So, I offer you the assistance of the Elite Sniper Unit, we can support your forces against them (just as soon as I get enough members)

    Anyway, I have to agree with this, I will end up leaving FLUX if this problem carries on too much longer. I just think that allying with clans is pointless I mean how does it help the clans out?

    We don't just allie to fight FLUX we allie with other clans to get ragers out of the clans. (That's one think other clan HAVE to do to be allied with us).
    Seems like most of you see 0NE as a clan to fight FLUX but we want to change our community to a non raging and helpfull community. If anyone trys to stop us or helps the ragers by leaving them in their clan their are going to be on our blacklist (comming soon).

    You guys will never change the community, you will never succeed whatsoever, what you guys are doing is just building hate to FLUX and yourself. You kick ragers from the clan... and then what... do you expect them to leave McWar forever, well that's not going to happen, they're always going to be here and rage however they want... About the Blacklist, who will give a damn about it?, no one. Do you think people will care if they're on the Blacklist of the clan FLUX....? No, and it won't change them at all... What you guys did to me never changed me, it just made me think that you guys are just a bunch of kids trying to act like adults and think that they can fix the community, and that will never happen... and that is not your job to do so, why do you think mcbrawl have mods, Smods and Admins? FLUX will not stand for a long time... you guys will fail again... @mafiaferret
