    The true story I heard on NRK was that he took it off because he earned $50.000 (50k) on ads.

    Oh yeah, I forgot about that part. The fame also played a role, which is understandable, but I have no idea why he wouldn't want the money.

    The story wuz this guy wuz making 50k everyday when someone downloaded his app and from Ad revenue. After a couple months PewDiePie started playing Flappy Bird. It started getting popular and more popular! Since this wuz made by 1 man and his 1 man company he wuz getting death threats from random people. He then took it off the App Store/Play Store. A few months later he made an announcement that he would bring Flappy Bird back. The problem wuz he couldn't name his app Flappy Bird cause both App Store/Play Store rules were "You can't name the same app name as before you released it to the public..." He made another app just like Flappy Bird but I forgot the name of it tho.
