Sorry, Lego. But I really don't think that you would fit the mould as a staff member.

First off you do not have good grammar or spelling, and this drops hints about your age, as well as making it very difficult for us to understand you. You also have been banned for spamming pointless posts, and have been guilty of mass-gravedigging. These are not things that we are looking for in our staff, and I have noticed that a lot of your posts don't contribute much to the conversation, or are greatly lacking in detail.

Teamspeak is something that we require all our staff to be active on - and this is another area where you are not suitable in. I have not once seen you on our Teamspeak server, and this may be due to the fact that we live in different timezones / countries, but all our staff have to be active there to be promoted.

I am sorry, but currently you do not stand much of a chance at getting mod. Now this may change in the future, but you will need to fix all the things I have talked about.

 

I must admit that @Mrcowlick said everything that prevents you from being promoted. Also, you spammed the forums and got banned for a short period of time. I honestly don't think you had extremely helpful posts. It's not important to spam. Look at cuddle's post count.
Besides that, I have never seen you on Teamspeak 3.

 

Seen who? It would greatly help if you Quoted peoples posts, that way it would make it a lot easier for us to see who you're talking to. And please add more detail when you reply, as saying 'I have seen you' does not give us very much to go buy. Are you talking about on McWar or on Teamspeak? If you don't clarify things then it makes our job a lot harder to understand what you are trying to say.

 

What have you seen him on though? Teamspeak, forums, servers? The more detail you add to your posts the better chance you have of being accepted.

 

Think of it this way. If you want to be staff, make thoughtful posts. Look at the posts that @Mrcowlick made earlier. They have good grammar with very few if any mistakes. You'll need to be like that, if you want a shot at being staff. Remember - this isn't ingame or texting, it's public discussion. Using good grammar and spelling is important for your image online.
Use proper grammar on the forums - ingame, it's not really required although it is preferred if possible.

Lego I would recommend reading this: https://www.brawl.com/threads/14752/ before applying for staff. It tells you all you need to do to improve your chances of mod.

I see you in game, sometimes on TeamSpeak and on the forums. The only thing(s) you need to improve is activity on TeamSpeak and the forums, in my opinion. However I agree with everyone else, your just not ready yet.

 

I don't think it's a good idea to ask for others opinions, just find out when you do make an application if they think you are fit. I don't play Mc-War as often as WarZ but tend to hope on for about one hour, not once have I seen you in-game (time zones possibly), I have never seen you on Teamspeak even on the weekends.
You are decently active on the forums but I see that you asked this because you hit 300 posts which an average player should gain before applying for moderator. Your grammar isn't that good, I don't know about your maturity, most players are never seen again after they are denied because they are frustrated for not being accepted.
Hopefully, if you do apply remember to be active on the areas I have mentioned and other players have mentioned. Remember if you do apply, and get denied please do not leave the forums as many members have before. You can start working out on these areas and re-apply in a few months, you are guaranteed a better chance.
If you didn't find this helpful, I will tell you a little story. Based on a true story.
Once upon a time, there was a player called Captain_Mark who decided one day, you know what I want to try out moderator on this server accumulating over only 70 posts at the time, he was proud. He decided to apply, got denied. That member decided to follow what a current moderator told him to be active in @Mrcowlick. After only 1-3 weeks, that member was active on all 3 criteria, having roughly 312 posts decided to apply again (I was stupid don't judge me). Applied again, waited a week while still trying to be active. His heart dropped, when he was accepted for Trial Mod so he decided to try his best, within weeks he had failed his tasks, he became more active in only 2/3 criteria in-game and Teamspeak later on demoted.
I hope I didn't waste me or anyone else's time, please don't apply yet until you are confident that you are ready and if moderators give you support.
