These players tho...

Well I've said this before and I'll say it again, nothing is wrong with the community, it's just some of the players in it.

This happened just now - not even 10 mins ago.

So I was minding my own business on server 12 with my fellow FLUX member @eric8smith, a bunch of fun maps came up, including arkaden, plaza and dome. Right after arkaden_tdm ended, a player by the name of <not going to say his name> joined the server. He started talking major **** about FLUX and how he was; quote: "#2gud4FLUX". This pissed both me and eric off, but I told eric to not argue with him, because it was the right thing to do. As I was saying, right after arkaden_tdm ended, this player joined the game. plaza_tdm came up and he killed both eric and I 1 or 2 times, both of us were cool with it; it's part of mc-war, you're supposed to die sometimes. After the game ended, me and eric both said stuff along the lines of "17/1, gg". <not going to say his name> on the other hand decided to say "18-2", trying to show off and trying to prove that he's better. Eric and I both said nothing, we just let it slide. But after plaza_tdm, dome_tdm came up, and guess what he did? He did the cheapest thing known to mc-war's community, he c-bow spammed our spawn and after the match ended, he said "FLUX, rekt much?." After that he ended up saying stuff like "I'm 2gud to be in flux" and "#2gud4FLUX"... again.

Now, I know what you're thinking, "Chopo! McBrawl is full of these type of people!" Yes, I know that, but I just had to make this thread about my opinions on these kinds of players.

OK, so instead of arguing with this guy, Eric and I did the smart thing and ignored him. What's wrong with most of our players, is that most continue to argue with the person making them mad and therefore making our community worse. If people started ignoring these players, I'd guarantee that they would stop being attention seekers and just stop. Even if they didn't, we still have staff for a reason. People like this tick me off, but here's some stuff you can do so they don't get on your nerves:

• Ignore, ignore ignore and ignore, if they don't have any replies, they don't have anything to be annoying at.
• If the person being annoying is still being themselves, simply switch servers.
• If they somehow find you in your different server, go outside. Going outside > dealing with retards.

Just a tiny rant, I might make more of these if something "grinds my gears" more.

tl;dr: Ignore dumbasses.

 

It wasn't Wade, although he is annoying, never heard of Item_Storage.

 

I really hope DDoS threats and **** like that are fixed in 2.0, if not, sooner.
