    NO NO, Stop typing "Be patient" right now mods. Hear me out

    Okay, i'm gonna say it right now, i'm impatient. However I don't whine. This is my formal letter to all of you begging about the update.


    For all of you out there just begging, and thinking every server restart is the update, or big update, or ohmygodsomuchepicijustnerdgasmed update, you're making an idiot of yourselves. You'll find that every single restart you log back in, and your hopes of SMGs are crushed. The update will come, and then we'll all play it, and revel in its glorious kill feeds and kill confirmed, but for now, stop dreaming. The update is massive, from what I've read it's a recode of Mc-War itself along with the new guns. Just take that in for a second... okay if you're not saying "Holy mother of putty..." I'll put it this way: Mc-war has existed for one full year, where we are now is the 1 year mark. It took us that long to get here. It's 1 year of coding. I don't know coding, the most advanced thing I've ever done similar to that is edit files in NMM for skyrim, but that's a lot of coding. So, be patient, grab your guns, maybe a cool glass of whale fat, a light snack such as narwhal on a stick, and wait.

    Also, for gods sake guys stop teasing us with these screenshots and rumors, it just makes people more eager and think the update is coming soon.

    Don't quote me on that.
    I have no clue what happened when his computer broke, and if any new code was lost.

    Yea, I don't want to give everything away but I heard that oranges computer broke right before the update and that there's something like 600k files or something.

    He told me that on forums like about 5 days ago while we were having a conversation on coding. I don't think anything is lost but this is a setback. Also pretty sure no files are lost as he said he would be sending me some code of what he has done already. So don't be scared but be ready for a heck of a wait. As greedy said, get your whale fat juice box, grab your m16, get a nice snack of fried chicken, lay back, and have fun.

    Clarifying on the files, there's 600,000 flatfile files.
    They need to put/convert them all into their SQL database.

    Well, that sucks. I've been waiting for a while. Also, why would they release the textures for SMGs if they aren't going to realease it untill whenever the heck it was supposed to be released. Same with the TP and all the kill streaks.

    Ok, here my message out. The reason we do not have say only SMGs is because people would complain we do not have the entire update they promised. They Are working there buts of trying to let you have fun. All we do is b*tch about updates and hackers and all of this other bull crap. THANK the staff for once, and maybe start thinking of what they have done for you. Without them, you would not be here. They DO care about us, but they aren't superhumans who can work 24/7, they have normal. Average day lives like us. So, every staff member THANK YOU and please take your time with the update.

    We don't expect 24/7. What we expect is when they have textures for something it should be released. All that they did right here is spark a MASSIVE fire.

    True. You also have to remember the two times the servers went down for 30-60 minutes.

    Now all I gotta say is be patient. Minecraft isn't the only game out there. MC-War isn't the only server. If you are unhappy, please leave. If you want to wait, then wait. There are plenty of other things to do than go and rant on the staff for the update. We just got GTA 5, we still have real Call of Duty. They are working hard to get it so people can play it, and it is unfortunate orange's computer crashed. So please just lock these threads and have a good day! :wink:

    And good words Greedy :wink:...unfortunately I am not one of those people who read the whole thing...
