Idea Unusual Items

So I came up with this idea and I'm wondering what your thoughts are on this.
The idea is: Unusual Items

What this does is it gives a random special ability on it.
To make this not OP, there will be major downsides for it.

Spoiler: Weapons

Attack Buff:
-Gives 25% more damage to that weapon.
-Downside: -25% firing and reload speed.
-Downside: 50% chance to consume 1 ammo.
-(Fixed) Downside for Sniper Rifles:
Tier 1: 20% chance to consume 2 ammo (clay).
Tier 2: 30% chance to consume 4 ammo (clay).
Tier 3: 40% chance to consume 5 ammo (clay).
Tier 4: 60% chance to consume 6 ammo (clay).

Speed Boost:
-Bullets can fire 25% faster.
-Downside -25% damage.
-(New) This apparently can be very OP with SMG's. If any gun does only 0.5 damage to people, it'll have a 25% chance to not hit their targets as a downside.

Re-Use:
-Has a 40% chance not to consume ammo.

Icicle:
-Bullets have a 50% chance to slow (Slowness I) people for 3 seconds.
-Downside: Bullets fire 30% slower.

Unusual Sword:
There's 2 types of these swords.

First type:
-Sharpness II enchantment on it.
-Downside: Mining fatigue II when holding in hand.

Second type:
-Fire Aspect II enchantment on it.
-Downside: Mining fatigue II when holding in hand.

Spoiler: Armor

Defensive:
-Ignores 25% of all incoming damage (Does not stack with other armor). Important note: Won't block 100% of incoming damage. The max damage it'll not block is 0.5 hearts (1/20).
-Downside: Armor wears out 50% faster.

Tenacity:
-Immunity to Slowness.

Spoiler: Food/Misc

Beans:
-Replenish all your hunger bars insanity.
-Still does the same amount of healing (hearts) as the old beans.

Pasta:
-Replenish all your hunger bars insanity and 7.5 (15/20) hearts.

Blood Bags:
-Heals everyone around you within a 10 (sphere) block radius; 10 (20/20) hearts.

Infection Cure:
-Infection Cure can be used to heal anybody that has the infection within a 10 (sphere) block radius.

Golden Apple:
-Same effect as the vanilla Minecraft Enchanted Golden Apple (or known as the God Apple).
-However, this Apple spawns anywhere (in chests) around the map and is extremely rare.

When you come across this weapon, when finding it, it'll say:
*Colors represent the Buffs*
Unusual AK-47
"Contains Magic..."

Important note: These items are incredibly rare!
There will be more items to come like food and other things. These are just a start.


What are your thoughts on this?

 

Basically it's like risking your own ammo to either save yourself, or end up killing yourself.
Unusual food and other items will come soon

 

It could be added as like on 1 WarZ server only, saying in the name making sure people know it's a different type of style of WarZ.
Sadly, I don't believe this idea has chance of making it :c
