    You do know that the minecraft launcher can now launch any version down to 1.5.2 now...

    EDIT: You can now use all the way down to 1.0 BETA.

    Yeah, but it auto-updates unless you set it specifically to launch 1.6.2.

    With MCnostalgia you can downgrade to any mc version.
