I feel that instead of making a video you could have taken screenshots and posted them under the application format or posted them on imgur and placed a link connecting to the pictures. This will help a lot because your pictures in the video are of bad quality and they are hard to make out.

If you work on what I've listed above, then I guarantee that you'll make WE1, if you apply again. I'd also highly recommend you to take screenshots instead of recording a video of your builds next time.

Don't do a PowerPoint for this type of thing. It's much easier for all of us to grade if you upload screenshots in your app.

I don't think you are ready for this rank just yet. Add a bit more detail to your buildings. Also, it would be alot easier for us to see your buildings if you uploaded them to imgur.com or something.
