    In Onein, I Had One Live I Spawned At Spawn With A Magnum And I Keep Spawning All Over Again

    To answer your question -
    Yes, it is a well known glitch. The only reason why it hasn't been patched yet is because the huge 2.0 update for War will probably fix this. So just hang in there - the staff already know of this, and it will be hopefully fixed.
