Idea No moderators to contact on Mc.warz(annoying issue)

I believe this should be in WarZ > Discussion.

 

We are always on the forums and teamspeak if you ever need a moderator to contact. While we try to spread our moderators throughout warz, this still makes it difficult for us to catch hackers. The method we have to use is the exact same as you guys. Find, Record, Report.

 

You can always say something in Shoutbox requesting a Mod+ to get on a server. Mods cannot ban permanently, for we deal with chat.
Intros and Outros are made for introducing yourself or the opposite. Please do not post anything outside of that query here.
Suggestions to a certain server would go in the Server Ideas in that specific server section. Suggestions to McBrawl as a whole would go in Suggestions/Ideas.

 

I have Fraps, but Bandicam is a popular recording software.

I use Action! to record. Most people won't be able to get it since you have to buy it.

We're always on the look out for new WarZ moderators but (for now) we can only promote those who apply. If we're not getting applications we're not going to gain more moderators.

Also, as mentioned above, there is always atleast one member of staff on the forums or TS so if there really is an issue in-game that can't be resolved by a screenshot and report, then contact that member of staff and they'll sort it out.

 

You can't expect staff to be on 24/7. They are humans, not robots. Or are they. :V

They do there best, and if you really have an issue, contact them on the forums, or on TS3 if you can't get hold of them in game.

 

Just like GreenPeas said, installing ts makes it a lot easier to contact staff, as there is always at least one active mod(usually) on at a time. I get requests from people on teamspeak to deal with situations all the time. It's a lot more effective than using shoutbox or reporting, since both are not checked by staff members frequently.
