    I am working on octane (COD ghost) and scrapyard (Mw2) :wink:

    It's basicly my full irl name .-. (Don't be a stalker!)

    I always want to help people and improve the gameplay on the server. I felt I could do those things better if I was a mod So I applied for it :wink:

    Every pony!

    I started building when Bo2 was released. I wanted to make a map like N11ck and Sturm and get it accepted on my favorite server at that moment (mci) So I started building villa and resistance but never finished those. Then I started on downhill and actually finished it. I saw that I really liked making maps So I went further with it (encore, Warhawk, stormfront, bayview and ofcourse octane).

    I love it! I still use it for my map update videos :wink:

    - The lost dinosaurs one :wink:
    - Ehmm... I kinda like every Floor but I think I'll have to go with Quartz with stained clay mixed in it.
    - I am not really a music listener :wink: Only listen to @iErebos

    Might have fell asleep >_>

    How do you get an up close look at the maps without being in a live game, like what N11ck used while making the map "Scrapyard"?. Also, what is is best way to terraform or create the shape of the map? Lastly (for now) how do you go about creating out of map detail? What is too much or too little? Oh just remembered, how many obstacles is "too crowded" and how much is "ISO ownage"? Sorry for asking so much, but I really want to make the map I'm working on as best as I can and your one of the best map makers I know of.

    Go to a private match on COD, select unlimited time and set spectating to free. Start the game and go spectating :wink:

    A great way to terraform is using voxelsniper, but if you want to do it without that that's possible too. Get to the place what you wanna terraform and select 2 points. Work towards those points but make sure there is some randomness through it. (Kinda hard to explain that all :stuck_out_tongue:). And for the shape of the map, if you're going to build COD maps, you should search for this awesome thing called spritecraft, it Lets you put images in MC.

    Most of the outside is not really detailed. Buildings have one type of block and some Windows and most of the ground is the same. (Outside on cod is the same). Build it but you don't have to go in the super little details.

    A straight line without cover is bad. There has to always be a way to get to the other Side safely but it can still has the risk of getting shot. Add cover but don't go all crazy about it and make it look good.
