Denying/Accepting Staff Applications

At least post a short message saying why they were denied, because back in the day when we players could respond aps ; we gave a lot of feedback on aps ( most of the time )

Mine got dinied but jayden ACCTULLY gave me advice.

 

Standard work should be that every application receives a small blurb on areas of improvement.

Many applications may not be ready at the initial submission and that is ok. But they should hear feedback.

You all should still state the reason such as "You have been denied due to . . ." Maybe people don't want to ask why because you all think that you hate them now because you denied them.

 

Why would they want to ask?
If my app got denied with no responses I'd think you wouldn't really like me.

I like Zippy's approach. How can we streamline this process? So it is easy and everyone receives feedback on the application.

 

I read someones staff application and it was obviously spam but anyone who seemed to try yea a comment would be nice.

 

This is one of the most annoying things. For a person like myself, my last few apps received a substantial amount of yes votes and had good staff replies. Then out of no where, without an alert, I would be denied so I would have to wait for staff to reply.

 

I do think that mods are already doing a great job at this! But yes this really does need to be done every single time! +1

 

Yes some mods do it good some don't. I hope this post brought awareness to mods on this problem

 

What if the person doesn't know how to get Teamspeak or doesn't know what Teamspeak is? You shouldn't let them figure it out themselves.

What about the new forum members who applied for mod? They were completely oblivious to what they did wrong and usually US forum members like randomcitizen and Pikmin are kind enough. So kind that they are willing to take their time to post a message on the applicant's profile and tell them what they did wrong.

And guess who's doing it? NOT THE STAFF.
