    Question:
Is noob-calling in War against the rules?
What I mean is when someone says stuff like iso noob, ray gun noob, mini noob, etc.
Technically that is disrespecting the player who is using that weapon, by insulting them.
Yes, plenty of people take "noob" as an insult. Especially since it's a rude way to call people newbies.
And as shown in the server rules....
Disrespect of players and staff is not allowed.

You aren't respecting players when you call them "___ noobs" or something, so is that not allowed?

Would an administrator or super mod be able to answer my question? It's been here for a few days already, and I would like to see this resolved.

Not unless it evolves into a bigger flamewar.
I don't believe the word noob is offensive, it's just general trash talk.

    Thanks for the answer.
However, I'd like to bring up two points regarding noob- calling, especially in War.
    1. Noob is considered a rude way of saying newbie. So is that not a lack of respect for said player?
    2. You stated that it would not be enforced unless it evolved into a larger flame war. However, I frequently see flame wars starting over someone calling someone else noob. For instance, someone may call a person "Iso noob" because they used the Isolator. Then said person gets angry, and begins to rage. They both rage at each other, thus starting a flame war.
Shouldn't a term that frequently causes hatred, disrespect, flaming, etc. be against the rules?

All video games with any element of chat will have some kind of trash talk, we cannot change that. I do not feel that it is proper to fully censor out the word "noob". If a player cannot handle seeing that in chat they need to either: block the player or turn off their multiplayer chat. Players are expected not advance the simple trash/bash talk into a full-fledged flame-war. If this happens, someone should contact a moderator so they can sort out the situation.
