    19.6 seconds on raid_tdm

    hm, I have no proofs, but with the old law on dustbowl1-tdm I got a nuke in like 10 sec NO JOKES!!!!!!
    on lockdown too, a 20sec nuke with the old law

    I think malt is the best cause, he has the best legit KDR, he has played alot less than mafia, and he has almost as much kills.
