This idea is to award players for getting certain achievements. It could be used as an EULA idea too.

The first part is dog tags.
No, not the Kill Confirmed gamemode.
    I mean legitimate dog tags.
These dog tags can be unlocked by donating, completing certain objectives, or reaching a certain goal, and would have a very minor impact on gameplay, serving to make you look cooler.
You can equip 2 dog tags at a time - a normal dog tag and a special dog tag.
Dog tags of other players are viewable through the /dogtag (player) command.

Dog tags can be equipped at the spawn, via the gun menu.
    • Weapon mastery dog tags (normal)
      • M16 - 500 kills
      • M4A1 - 500 kills
      • AK-47 - 750 kills
      • FAMAS - 1000 kills
      • Lamentation - 750 kills
      • Skullcrusher - 1,500 kills
      • L118A - 400 kills
      • Dragunov - 500 kills
      • Barrett - 400 kills
      • MSR - 850 kills
      • Isolator - 1,250 kills
      • Disassembler - 850 kills
      • M1014 - 250 kills
      • SPAS-12 - 250 kills
      • AA-12 - 250 kills
      • Model 1887 - 1,000 kills
      • SPAS-24 - 275 kills
      • Typhoid - 500 kills
      • MAC-10 - 650 kills
      • MP7 - 750 kills
      • UMP-45 - 1,000 kills
      • P90 - 850 kills
      • PP-90M1 - 750 kills
      • USP .45 - 150 kills
      • M9 - 350 kills
      • Magnum - 300 kills
      • Desert Eagle - 500 kills
      • Executioner - 400 kills
      • Python - 1000 kills
      • Minigun - 1,500 kills
      • Flamethrower - 400 kills
      • LAW - 250 kills
      • Ray Gun - 1,250 kills
      • Crossbow - 1,000 kills
    • Rank dog tags (normal)
      • Default dog tag - Unlocked at start
      • Prestige I dog tag - Unlocked at level 30
      • Prestige II dog tag - Unlocked at level 60
      • Prestige III dog tag - Unlocked at level 100
    • Kill dog tags (special)
      • Default dog tag
      • Kill proficiency dog tag - Have 50,000+ kills.
    • Premium dog tags (special)
      • VIP/MVP dog tag - Anyone who has purchased a rank will get this dog tag.
      • Staff dog tag - Exclusive to current and resigned staff members. Staff members who were demoted for a reason other than inactivity will not receive this.
When unlocked, these dog tags will give benefits to players that are purely aesthetic, making this good as a possible EULA donation.
    • Weapon mastery dog tags (normal)
      • When selected, the weapon on the selected dog tag will receive an enchantment effect. This is aesthetic.
      • Past donors will receive mastery dog tags for all of the donor weapons, free.
    • Rank dog tags (normal/special)
      • Default dog tag - White prefix
      • Prestige I dog tag - One piece of armor (excluding pants) can receive an enchantment effect, yellow prefix
      • Prestige II dog tag - Two pieces of armor (excluding pants) can receive an enchantment effect, gold prefix
      • Prestige III dog tag - Three pieces of armor (excluding pants) can receive an enchantment effect, red prefix
    • Kill dog tags (normal/special)
      • Default dog tag
      • Kill proficiency dog tag - Your knife and super knife will receive an aesthetic enchantment.
    • Premium dog tags (special)
      • VIP/MVP dog tag - Unlocked aqua (MVP) or lime (VIP) prefix, star next to clan name
      • Staff dog tag - Dark aqua star next to clan name (resigned) or pink/purple star next to clan name (current)
Note that any prefixes are overridden by staff ranks.

So how could this apply to the EULA...?
Well, first there are donor-exclusive dog tags.
In addition, you can buy most of the dog tags in the shop.
    This would include -
    • Weapon mastery dog tags
    • Kill dog tags
So that non donors can still receive the achievement "legitimately," when bought you will receive a donor version instead. This shows you donated for it, and that you didn't actually earn it. When you actually earn it, the actual dog tag will replace it. This doesn't count for the past donor dog tag.

Dog tags are viewable through /dogtags (player) or /dogtag (player) as said before. They will also be mentioned on death. For example....
    Current system -
killed by (name) [m16 mdt] [p1dt]
Killfeed system (this is displayed to you only -
    Killed by (name) - M16
[M16 Mastery Dog Tag] [Prestige I Dog Tag]

I had a lack of ideas for this, so please tell me if there's anything I could add/improve upon.

This would fit right in with the EULA, overall, it's a very nice idea that I feel like has a pretty good chance to be added into mc-war.

Interesting.. I like this feel to the idea could be pretty Kool. But I don't want dog tags to be one of those things like KDR where it shows how much you have at it. Still a good idea but needs a bit more work

What do you mean by "how much you have at it"?
Dog tags are technically a way to show off your skill, but their main purpose is to make you more unique in the battlefield.
    Got any suggestions?
    I'm short on them.

I would not mind having this, to a degree. Would add more goals to reach, spice things up.
The only problem is seeing them in chat. Chat should look and be as clean as possible.
When mention the command what do you mean by that? Would it be like checking someone's stats with /profile.

If they left the tags out of the chat and had them viewable with /profile I would be ok with this.

I think a simple small symbol wouldn't clutter the chat. There should be a way for players to show off their dog tags in a way.
Really, it would be a small star symbol and then the clan name.
    *HACK for instance.

I agree with you on the symbols. The only problem I foresee is whether or not the icons would be distinguishable from one another.
This is going a little deeper, but if they added an /achievement command that toggled the viewability of the symbols that could open up a grand avenue of possibilities.

Sure, why not? Explain it more please though, little confused on that.
Yep. They show off your status, and that you're mlg with a weapon. v:
So people can respect you if you have the Weapon Mastery dog tag for the M1014, etc.

It's blatantly obvious that you got this idea from Battlefield

I'd still like to see this be implemented, however. I also think there should just be a general "Donor" dogtag. It doesn't have to be any specific thing, just as long as you buy something. Along with a "Veteran" dogtag, which I guess you could get at lvl 100. Just my ideas :V

    Congrats Captain Obvious
I believe the VIP/MVP dog tags are suitable to show off your rank.
The veteran dog tag is technically the Prestige III dog tag, as it is also unlocked at level 100.
The point is to show off ingame, not just to have them. So if you have any ideas, please state how they can be implemented ingame. (shiny weapons with enchantment effect, etc)

That command, /achievement, I was thinking of something different actualy. I should of said something along the lines of /extra or something like that. A command that could toggle on and off extra stuff, such as your idea and other smaller goal / aesthetic suggestions. Now that I think about it more it would probably not work because stuff is usually added that is suppose to be there. And if it was toggleable it would be done correctly.

I've always thought it would be cool if mc-war had achievements if it's own. You think this could also happen with service ribbons or something like that?

I was going to add ribbons and medals, but I don't see how you can show that off ingame without it conflicting with the dog tag "perks" if you will.
