    Of course all of you know now that Microsoft has officially bought Minecraft (confirmation link here), and the three main founders (Markus (Notch), Carl and Jakob) have left Mojang altogether. Since Notch, known as the God of Minecraft, is no longer involved with the game, you know what is means: Minecraft needs a new God. Who will it be? :V

    Edit: Fixed somewhat misleading title.

    He will most likely still create games in his free time, as seen here it said he had no intention of minecraft to get this big. He is and was just overwhelmed and decided to sell Mojang. Lets hope Microsoft doesn't tear it apart.

    It's also a bad thing cus it makes the game less appealing knowing that very few updates are made in x amount of time

    He will make games, just as long as they do not get popular or mainstream. If a game suddenly explodes, he said he will cut development of it.

    What if they do it more often instead of less? Or too often? What if they just start adding every feature that comes to mind without thinking?
