    Hello again McBrawl Comunity!

    Few hours ago i reported as bug the fact that in leaderboards, baned players are shown. It got locked and i was asked to post a discustion thread here about that.

    My Point:
    I belive that players permanently baned or the ones baned for cheating (aka "Hacking") Shouldnt be displayed on the leader board once they got their stats the filthy way...

    About the poll:

    it really depends. i am sure atleast some people in the leaderboards have gotten their stats using the 'filthy way' but also using other things.
    if a person has been unbanned his stats should stay on the leaderboards IMO

    I strongly agree, the people who cheated there way to the top and get banned are still there? Maybe they should code it to remove all the banned player.

    if you look at the thing that shows all the forum sections (forums, home, chat etc) then go to the right it will say stats
    there you can find them

    I disagree with that because if you used once cheats, that means you gained stuff from it,
    you are having advantages that other players don't. So why should the guy who used cheats to get up his stats be in the position where someone else legit could be?

    if people have hacked. then i agree. but glitching is something different.
    anyone can glitch at any moment if they try hard enough. i used to do it myself :banghead:
    but i quit due to it ruining the game and everyones joy :stuck_out_tongue:
    if people still glitch and are in the leaderboards they should be removed, it should be about how the player does it and if it is obvious (for instance, one person glitches every round=he is removed from the leaderboards.
    person glitches by accident=he is allowed to stay.)

    also people that are banned need to be removed from the leaderboards. (changed my opinion about that one)

    Okay now youve explained it i agree completyely, gliching for 1 or 2 times its ok but doing it every round shoukld be punished...

    Banned players can still stay on considering that no hakes client alters the guns powers in mc-war.

    Yea, but what if they used hacked client? And anyways, if a player is banned forever, why need them on the leader Board?

    I understand what you're getting at, but I disagree. Though they are banned, I feel they have earned their rights to claim the leaderboards position.

    It doesn't alter gun power but gives other unfair advantages. Let me mention some I know,
    X-ray, brighter screen (can see in absolute black) ,player traces (ruins sneaking players), force field(there is sword among guns too) bigger name tags, limiting damage done to them (yes it is posible with no cheat for like 1 or 1/2 of a heart), auto gun switch (if you know java u can do it) and the list goes on, if you need me to mention all those I can make a list but I need to read cheating g client features.
    I agree with that, it's like saying that someone we kicked off because he was bad Is one of our leaders in the leader board
    There is, think of the player that is 11th and can't be seen because of a baned convicted cheater being on his place. It's unfair to start of, and once they will never come back (talking of permanent bans) why keeping a spot occupied where someone could be on? If you insist on keeping them, then add them on bottom separately from the first 10 LEGIT members.
