New server texture.

    The idea is that simple. Make a 32x32 server texture with the current guns from WarZ and FPShg so It sould be a hd texture instead of a 32x.

    The 16x gun textures are unique though, are they not?
    I'm not sure it would be easy for many to adapt to the new textures.

    Bah putty managed to make a mc-war hd pack so why not just do a 32 x 32 ?

    Many people are used to the 16x pack, with the weird looking guns. For example, the Skullcrusher and python.
    A new default pack would need to be faithful to the old version IMO.

    Or use these textures now with "/textures" and with "/textures advanced" you can add new textures.
    For example you take the Black Ops II textures, do: /textures advanced black ops 2
    :smile:
    That would be an idea! :wink:

    Or you only can add the link for new textures.

    Perhaps they could include the FpsHG/WarZ textures as a 3rd official texture pack? Could be titled MCWAR 32x32 TEXTUREPACK below the HD link.

    That actually is a really nice idea. However, Minecraft's resource pack system for servers may not make this work; it may only be able to give the dl link.

    Thats what I thought. :smile:

    You can add maybe a new "/help textures" menue and list all the advanced textures.
    (Maybe all good ones which are found in forums and in Youtbe)
    There would be, I think, around 10-20 textures.

    I list you 4 texures:
    - Black Ops II HD
    - MC-Warfare HD by Lord_Roke
    - MC-war ULTRA HD
    - MC-War Halo

    And of course include a Battlefield resource pack since BF is one of CoD's direct competitors. :3
