Universal Texture Packs

This would be awesome, we would have to change which items were guns in either war or warz in order for this to work. While it might be a little work to do, it would be a bunch more helpful to have a globalized gun texture pack.

 

Yes, that is a great and creative idea. I hope that this kind of thing would be implemented in the future. But I'm not sure if Mojang has released enough usable items to do that yet. Nice idea though.

 

Hallo Ying1161, I'm sure you already know (but just incase) you can just log out and it will remove the current existing texture pack then log onto WarZ, otherwise, I just don't think this will happen, between FpsHG, War and WarZ they have different items creating difficult obstacles to overcome.

Although a universal texture-pack would be cool, I don't see it happening. Sorreh.

 

If we wanted the guns to look nice when we hold them in our hand we would have to use tools and a few other items that are able to donp that. (when it looks like you are actually holding the gun in your hand) If we made it compatible for all of our servers most of the guns would be sideways. While this isn't an issue if you just want to have all of the guns in one texture pack, some people would rather switch a texture pack and have them look a lot nicer.

Maybe, but it would probably take too much time to work on this; might not even be worth the effort coding this considering it's not that hard to switch texture packs. However, I do see a universal texture pack being useful on some occasions.
