Apparently Microsoft Are Trying To Buy Minecraft and if they succeed the EULA will be "Scrapped" meaning that there will be no changes to the McBrawl servers unless they go through with their changes anyway so im posting this just to see if any of what i have heard is true?

I was talking to a friend called Ryan and he just said they were going to scrap it either because Microsoft are buying it or their loosing business because of it.

The EULA will be removed seeing as Microsoft has purchased Minecraft. They figured if they kept on enforcing it then they would decrease the amount of players and thus loose money.

Both, considering that it's the logical answer. Microsoft knows they have to do get back some money so they buy Minecraft and try and keep most of the players by for instance getting rid of th EULA.

Or if Microsoft was as smart as they try to be, they will do 2 things to gain back the 2.5 Billion dollars they lost:
    1. Put a fine on Youtubers posting videos about Minecraft. Notch a long time ago said he would allow youtubers to post videos without fining them. This may not be the same with Microsoft. Infact if they did charge, they would get a crazy profit.
    2. Fine servers selling donations. Taking possibly %10 of everything bought on minecraft community stores would get them money easily.

Crazy profit, but also crazy outrage. The Minecraft community would not be cool with this.

Maybe at the current rate Minecraft videos are being put out. But if you start charging people to post videos, the number of videos being made is going to drop like a bomb out of a plane.

No, even without getting those profits. They probably could make it back in a year or so.

It would probably be like a 10% profit back thing if your channel qualified under (Insert random stuff).
