More xp gained when using weak weapons

    I kinda got this from Counterstrike, but I think it would fit in War since War is a little like Counterstrike with the better weapons thing.
    Anyways, the weaker the weapon, the more xp you'll get from kills.
    If it's very weak you can also get extra credits for a kill with said weapon.
    This would encourage players who want to level up fast to use weaker weapons.
    I don't believe this could be too hard to implement, correct me if I'm wrong.

    This could be used for a leaderboard thing. XP could now show skill; you would have more xp if you use a weaker gun as opposed to a more powerful gun.
    Tell me if I should increase/decrease the amount of xp/credits earned.

    Some of this may work. I can see some of this working, maybe a few tweaks.

    I predominantly like that this caters to new members in assisting them levelling up early; securing new members an enjoyable experience is, or should be a priority. Admitting I couldn't provide a list, I'm sure there are alternative solutions - nevertheless, with decent tweaks, this is appealing.

    So, me like. :rolling_eyes:

    I personally love this idea, but it still needs a few tweaks, like stated above. For example, 40xp for 1 kill from the ray gun? o_o

    The ray gun gives 40?
    Ray is op in INF... you get an average of 50 kills per inf match (if you use it correctly) wich is a beautiful 2000 xp -.,,.-

    despite that flaw (that has been mentioned before). i really like this idea

    Edited, it now gives 15 xp per kill.
    If you use Ray Gun in TDM screw you anywaysssss

    I also edited everything else.

    One problem. I am going to add that there is a way to heavily abuse this I think. My example is a class with the deagle and the m1014. Basically, you rush someone with the deagle, only hitting them with 2 bullets, then combo the m1014 and finish them off. You can use the python if you wanted to as well, for say sniper classes. Just saying that you could do a majority of the damage with an OP gun, and farm with an UP gun. The LAW would be another gun to farm XP and credits with, using the same technique.
    The only way to fix this would be that someone has to do pure damage with the gun. There is even a loophole around this!

    Oh, and the LAW should only affect TDM and CTF. You can do alright with it in infected if you are in the right spot.

    If you combo (with this implemented) you fail at war and you admit to not being able to get xp :V

    (Unless you're doing the exe typhoid combo lel)

    Addressing your last point first.
    The LAW is decent in infected but it's still quite difficult to use because it moves so slowly.
    If you combo with these weapons you probably deserve the kill anyways since they're so weak, and since you learned how to combo.
    But you bring up good points. How would you do it?

    Yes, when i nuke with m16 i get like no xp, but it takes forever to get! +1

    You literally get like, 4 kills per shot if you aim well. It's that overpowered in infected.

    I think this is a great idea! This would help newer player level up quicker and give higher level players a reason to switch guns.
