Glitch assault/mini Knockback

    Can any body explain why the knock back very rarely knocks you back waaaay more then usual? Its easy to get oom and easy to get knocked back with assaults and minifun to. I'm sure the knock back isn't supposed to be that good :V


    I know some of you on war know this is happening. Just try getting shot with a mini gun to death and some times you go as far as 10-15 blocks high depending which way you point it to a target falling or going up a stare as well as just normally pointed up or jumping to.

    The knockback is caused because we (The coders) had to work around it to fix the guns.

    Didn't all the guns have this type of knockback prior to the issue?

    Well, no. The knockback lifts you higher than before the guns broke. I also noticed this problem is occurring on all servers, as when I shoot someone with a Famas in FpsHG, they always get lifted several blocks into the air.

    another thing is that the knockback knocks you upward

    p.s. this is a bug not a glitch

    a glitch is a problem in the game code a bug is problem from something intentionally added into the game

    Its b/c no cheat plus thinks ur hacking when u get bumped so far, it glitches u back.

    So THT explains that. I thought ppl were hacking and usin some strange knock back has or somthin. :stuck_out_tongue:
