FLUX Current mods

Nice.
We know of course that ninepancakes is very mature. He definitely deserved this, congrats to him.
Chris used to rage a lot, he changed. Also nice to see him as a clan mod now.
Congrats to the both of them!

 

All our members will have equal respect and will not be judged. We depend on our [requirements] and will not say any further. Our clan is a family clan and not really much of a skill clan. Flux used to be an 'elite clan' only but this is the new flux, things have been changed and you are going to have to accept them under no circumstances.

MVP will not help out because there is no lvl requirement. The requirements are 35,000+ kills and a 2.00+ KDR

My thoughts on FLUXes rules

Now everyone thinks that I totally disagree about fluxes rules. I don't necessarily agree with every rule.
The idea of their rules shows a disciplined honourable clan. This is the upside. Members in flux will learn how to behave and keep calm soon enough, or they will not be a member much longer. However, I think you should really warn someone before blacklisting them. I have seem people just blow their cap a tiny bit and get kicked. I have seen skilled intelligent players leave due to their disagreement with the rules.
Calling someone a noob or insulting someone's gun choice is clearly flame and shouldn't be tolerated, although just like the staff do, you should give them warnings before the kick.

I respect FLUXes rules and agree with each one, but I think you should add a list for each way to break a rule: glitch ing, calling someone an insult, insulting someones gun choice, etc. I think you should send someone to the red zone if they have been proven to have broken a rule, but before getting kicked they should
Receive a number of warnings based on how bad the situation was. Their name in the red zone could have a number of checks (or any symbol) beside their name marking their number of warnings. After they receive the number that was set, they could the KICK IN SIGHT or another kick marking sigh in they time to be kicked has come.

There is something called "common sense", so I don't really think its necessary to list every single way how you can break the clan rules. That would only make the list of rules very long, so not many would really read them.

We also do give warnings, if we receive a screenshot of someone breaking a rule, he will most likely only get a warning and not be kicked instantly.
