Banner that tells people not to post in wrong sections

    Lately I've seen a lot of people posting stuff in the Intros/Outros section. Mostly not related to intros/outros. For instance, someone tried to apply for staff there, and someone else asked a question.
    I think there should be a banner at the Intros/Outros sub forum, similar to the banner that was used to warn users to stop abusing the rating system, and similar to the banner used to tell new people not to apply until they're active.

    Members with 0 posts see a banner that suggests to them to make an Intro, so a lot of new members are pointed to that section. This could help a few people, but I'm sure we'd still see a lot of confused newbies posting there still.

    If there was an additional banner that appears first, that could eliminate a lot of the confused newbies posting there. Either that or just have a separate stickied thread that tells users not to post their other threads in intros/outros.

    The only thing that may happen is that they do not pay any heed to it and carry along with posting whatever they were planning on posting. Even with a banner, I am sure that there will still be people posting things that aren't exactly intros.

    As said earlier...
    If they are pointed to Intros/Outros, then this could help them by showing them that this isn't the place to make these types of threads. It would make the forums more newbie friendly and would eliminate the work for admins, having to move threads places.

    I feel like if they don't understand the current banner then they won't understand the new banner:
    That along with the prefix having to be Intro, Outro, or Back and every post dealing with leaving or going.
    I don't really think we need to clutter the top of the section with another banner.
