I worked with Putty on recoil so that guns wouldn't be overpowered. Recoil was based on the amount of damage a gun can deal in a set amount of time, and the firemode the weapon has. Since the Skullcrusher deals a high amount of damage, it has more recoil than the M16.
If anything, recoil makes it harder. You need skill to actually survive, and the amount of recoil will affect weapon usage and will make it harder to nuke.
MC-War originally had recoil, and it should always have recoil. Only a few weapons in CoD are bullet hoses with little to no recoil, and they aren't in MC-War.
And to invalidate your argument regarding CQC....
It has always been about how many bullets you can put into your opponent. There wasn't much emphasis on aiming. Now that there is recoil, you have to actually aim instead of jumping around like a maniac, gunning down everyone.
People complain about how easy it is to nuke, then when it's made harder, they complain. I don't get it.

By the way, there are only three primaries/secondaries with no recoil - the USP, the flamethrower, and the crossbow.

Deal with it. In CoD you can't jump in front of someone and mow them down without taking damage. It's about your accuracy and the amount of bullets you can put into someone. That's CoD.

 

Recoiled was added a long time ago, then it was removed a couple months ago. Everyone though it was a bug.
But I quess it had returned now?

I like the recoil. More skill is needed. The problem: most players don't know true skill so yeah. Now war is going to be fun yet worse with people raging about the recoil.

 

I beg to differ. Recoil has always been a part of War. The majority (that really means almost all players past level 20) know recoil. There are a few that don't understand recoil, like the recent prestiges and the newbies but for the most part people understand the concept of gun recoil in War. I'm sure people will get used to it quickly.
The only thing I am concerned about is that people will whine because their Skullcrushers now have recoil. The Skullcrusher never had recoil even before recoil broke, and after Putty told me he wanted to do recoil based on damage of the weapon, I decided that the Skullcrusher was just too OP to have without recoil.

However, an alternative tactic is to shoot while in the air. Although the amount of bullets you can fire and your speed is decreased, it is very similar to the jumping tactic, and when perfected can be almost as deadly as the normal jumping tactic.

 

Saying having recoil=less skills.

It's like saying CS is easier than CoD because it has less recoil.

 

For the people who say it's more realistic, I never knew guns in real life shot you back 3 feet.

 

And they don't.
Unless it's the Model, but that gun retained its original recoil.

Recoil has been an Mc-War addition for as long as we can remember. You're only complaining because players got too used to having no gun recoil, and gun jumping.

 

Are you taking bout shooting it or getting shot? Cuz with the shotguns your guts will go flying 3ft

Just by reading the first part of this, I'm going to stop you there.
You are biased. You told me the Iso is OP because it's instakill, and didn't even care about the other characteristics of it.

This is also biased. This balances out the game a lot more, and as Credo (I think it was him) said before, it takes a lot more skill to use now.

 

Exception of the magnum, deagle, and Python. Who heard of a .44 magnum, a deagle, and a .357 magnum that has no recoil
