Idea Spawn with a compass

I like this idea, but it think that with a compass, it would just be too damn easy to run to nether. Although I do think it would be useful for new players who need a hand finding places. Maybe you only get one for your first 14 days on the server?

 

I think @Skulduggery57 has the better idea here. It would be really nice for newer people to have (Don't forget we tell them they have it only for 14 days).

 

Yeah, there could be a sign on the wall at spawn, and also a little message in chat telling them about it.

 

Maybe there could be two different compasses. The new one you would spawn with and you can only search for towns and friends. Then there's the current one which would be a sort of "upgrade" which you could loot and that would function the same, also searching for enemies.

 

So many people just ask how to play and then never read the signs.

 

Yeah I agree but how would you tell the difference? Would they be labeled diffrently?

I actually think that this makes it so much more fair for non donors if everyone spawned with a normal compass. MVPs just have 64 in their ender chest and non donors die before they find one.

 

not to mention that not spawning with compasses just makes it so that people are more likely to use hacks to find enemies instead

 

Maybe on MVPs spawn with one? This would make people donate even more.... This isn't biased because I don't even have a rank :V

 

As far as I know McBrawl will never follow EULA rules :V

 

I hear EULA only effects to things that are major advantages not minor advantages, that's what @jacchad said to me. But EULA probably effects brawl.
